What is included in a General Admission ticket?

All General Admission tickets include access into Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit for the selected day & session time, along with your own Riedel wine glass for complimentary tastings and a Festival Map (your guide to the event).

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Tickets to Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit are only available for purchase online; there will not be a physical ticketing desk at the Festival.

 

If you are looking to purchase your ticket on the day, you will be directed to Eventbrite (providing tickets are still available) to complete your transaction. With limited tickets available, we recommend buying tickets as early as possible to ensure you don’t miss out!

Do I need to print out my tickets?

We strongly encourage mobile / paperless ticketing where possible. Once you have purchased your tickets you can store them on your mobile in the Eventbrite app which is free to download.

 

To help avoid congestion at the Festival entrance,  please have your mobile tickets ready for scanning.

I can no longer attend the Festival on my selected day, can I swap for another day?

For General Admission tickets, you may exchange your selected day via your Eventbrite account, or by speaking to one of our team at our Info Desk onsite (additional charges may apply).

 

Should any COVID-19 restrictions impact our Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit 2022 dates, we will aim to reschedule the event to a safe date later in the year. Your original tickets will remain valid for this event.

 

If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled dates or  prevented from attending the Festival due to illness, please contact our team via email at [email protected] to arrange a refund.

COVID-19: Delivering a COVID Safe Festival

What is Cellar Door Fest doing to ensure Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit is a COVID Safe event?

At Cellar Door Fest, the health & wellbeing of our visitors, producers, event partners & staff has always been our priority. We’re committed to delivering a COVID Safe Festival, with a variety of special measures in place to help protect our community. Being COVID Safe is a shared responsibility & we ask all attendees to also play their part.

 

WHAT WE’LL BE DOING

* Frequent cleaning & disinfecting throughout the Festival, with emphasis on high volume areas & touchpoints, with a deep clean at the conclusion of each session.
* Hand sanitiser stations positioned throughout the Festival, including at entry / exit points; designated bathrooms; public catering areas; and scattered across the Festival floor.
* COVID Safe food & beverage service. All food tastings will be provided in individual, single use containers.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

* To help facilitate a smooth entry, have your mobile ticket(s) ready for scanning upon arrival.
* Maintain a minimum of 1.5 metres from others outside your group at all times.
* Practice proper hand hygiene & sanitise frequently.
* Visitors are encouraged to pay with card. The Adelaide Convention Centre is a cashless venue.
* To help keep our community safe, please stay home if you are feeling unwell or displaying any cold / flu symptoms.

Will you have hand sanitiser for visitors?

Yes, visitors will be able to find hand sanitiser stations throughout the Festival, including at entry / exit points as well as by designated bathrooms; public catering areas and scattered across the Festival floor. We encourage people to also bring their own portable hand sanitiser.

I’ve attended Cellar Door Fest events previously and found myself in large crowds. How is Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit complying with physical distancing recommendations?

To manage attendance & support social distancing, we have capped attendance and will run two separate sessions on the Saturday. Session 1 will run between 12pm – 4pm on the Saturday & Session 2 between 5pm – 9pm. A deep clean will be conducted between all sessions.

 

Guests are asked to please maintain a distance of 1.5 metres from others outside their group at all times.

What happens if COVID-19 impacts the Festival?

Should any future government restrictions relating to COVID-19 impact Festival dates, we will firstly aim to reschedule the event to a safe date later in the year. Your original tickets will remain valid for this event. If you can no longer attend Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit due to date changes, please contact us via email at [email protected] to arrange a refund.

 

In the case of any changes / a postponement, ticketholders will be automatically contacted by our team, with further information shared via our website & social media channels.

Am I not better off waiting to buy tickets until closer to the event date?

With limited tickets available to each session, we encourage you to purchase your Winter Edit tickets early to ensure you do not miss out on the fun!

Is there food available at the event? 

Absolutely! Your Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit experience isn’t complete without food, with plenty of food options available for purchase.

Guests will be able to find a delicious range of options to enjoy at the Festival or take home from the Artisan Food Market. Check back soon for more info on the festival’s food offering!

Are children permitted at the event?

Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit is an event designed for an 18+ audience. While the whole family is welcome to attend, all persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is this an accessible event?

Are there cash facilities at the event?

Each producer / exhibitor is responsible for their own payment facilities.

 

Please note, that Adelaide Convention Centre is a cashless venue, which extends to the venue car parks. Major credit cards, debit cards & mobile pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay & Samsung Pay) are accepted.

I broke my glass, can I get a replacement?

All General Admission tickets include one Riedel wine glass for tastings. If you misplace or break your glass, additional glasses can be purchased at the CDF Shop for $15 each.

GETTING HERE

Where is the event held?

Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit is held indoors at the Adelaide Convention Centre, in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. The Adelaide Convention Centre is located on North Terrace.

How can I get to the event?

The Adelaide Convention Centre is easily accessible via public transport, including bus, train or tram (free within the city). The Centre also has two car parks: North Terrace Car Park & the Riverbank Car Park.  View more information here.

How much does parking cost? 

Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit is pleased to extend a special car parking rate of $10 per day for all Festival ticket holders in the Adelaide Convention Centre car parks. To redeem this special offer, simply present your car park ticket at the Info Desk for validation before you leave, then proceed to the pay station for $10 parking. This special offer is only valid for entry on any single day over the duration of the Festival. Please note that Adelaide Convention Centre is a cashless venue & only accepts major credit cards, debit cards & mobile pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay & Samsung Pay).
