What is included in a General Admission ticket?
All General Admission tickets include access into Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit for the selected day & session time, along with your own Riedel wine glass for complimentary tastings & a Festival Map (your guide to the event).
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We encourage you to pre-purchase tickets online to take advantage of special pre-event offers. If tickets don’t sell out in advance, they will be available for purchase at the door.
Do you accept Companion Cards?
Companion cards are accepted. The Companion Card holder will need to purchase a General Admission ticket & show their card upon arrival for their companion to gain complimentary admission to the event.
Do I need to print out my tickets?
We strongly encourage mobile / paperless ticketing where possible. Once you have purchased your tickets, you’ll receive a digital ticket with a QR code in your order confirmation email, ready to save to your mobile wallet for easy scanning on the day.
To help ensure a smooth and seamless entry experience, please have your mobile tickets ready for scanning upon arrival.
I can no longer attend the Festival on my selected day, can I swap for another day?
Please contact the Cellar Door Fest team via email at [email protected] to request an exchange for an alternative day or session. Alternatively, you can speak with one of our team at our Info Desk onsite during the Festival. Please note additional charges may apply.
How do you ensure a safe & enjoyable expeirence for guests?
We’re committed to creating a safe & enjoyable festival experience for all. Inappropriate behaviour (alcohol-related or otherwise) that places you or others at risk will not be tolerated. We operate under a strict zero-tolerance policy and reserve the right to remove guests from the venue.

Is there food available at the event?
Absolutely! Your Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit experience wouldn’t be complete without food, with plenty of options available for purchase onsite. You’ll find a delicious range of options in The Eatery & from participating artisan producers.
Is cloaking available at the event?
Cloaking facilities will be available during Winter Edit for coats & jackets. Please visit the team at the Info Desk or Glass Collection for assistance.
If you’d like to store your festival purchases, make sure to visit the Australia Post Pick & Pack counter during the Festival. You can purchase a carton (or two), fill it with your favourite bottles & Australia Post will deliver your purchases straight to your door.
Are children permitted at the event?
Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit is an event designed for an 18+ audience. While the whole family is welcome to attend, all persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are there cash facilities at the event?
Each producer / exhibitor is responsible for their own payment facilities.
Please note, Adelaide Convention Centre is a card only venue, which extends to the venue car parks. Major credit cards, debit cards & mobile pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay & Samsung Pay) are accepted.
I broke my glass, can I get a replacement?
All General Admission tickets include one Riedel wine glass for tastings. If you misplace or break your glass, additional glasses can be purchased from Glass Collection for $18 each.

Where is the event held?
Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit is held indoors at Adelaide Convention Centre, in the heart of the city. Adelaide Convention Centre is located on North Terrace, a two-minute walk from the tram & train station.
How can I get to the event?
Adelaide Convention Centre is easily accessible via public transport, including bus, train or tram (free within the city). The Centre also has two car parks: North Terrace Car Park & the Riverbank Car Park. For more information, please click here.
How much does parking cost?
Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit is pleased to extend a special car parking rate of $12.50 per day for all Festival ticket holders in Adelaide Convention Centre’s car parks.
To redeem this special offer, simply present your car park ticket at the Ticketing Desk for validation before you leave, then proceed to the pay station for $12.50 parking. This special offer is only valid for entry on any single day over the duration of Winter Edit. Please note, Adelaide Convention Centre is a card only venue & accepts major credit cards, debit cards & mobile pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay & Samsung Pay).
