Learn to create two seasonal dishes: grilled porterhouse with a peach salad & romesco sauce, along with a roasted strawberry fool topped with salted honeycomb. Each dish will be perfectly paired with Tscharke Barossa wines, with expert tips shared along the way to elevate your summer entertaining.
