 Join Yumbah & DAOSA for a tasting flight featuring three of DAOSA’s acclaimed sparkling wines, paired with South Australia’s finest mussels, oysters & kingfish.
Guided by experts, you’ll explore how the méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine pairs with the clean character of sustainably farmed seafood, & hear the stories behind SA’s world-class produce.
Tasting flights include:

  • Mussels Escabeche & DAOSA Natural Reserve NV
  • Freshly shucked SA Oyster with a Blood Orange Vinaigrette & DAOSA Piccadilly Valley Rosé 2022
  • Spencer Gulf Kingfish & DAOSA Blanc de Blancs 2021
