Win a Vintec Wine Cabinet – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: This competition is conducted by the Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) ABN 50 676 936 954 of Adelaide Convention Centre, North Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000.

Eligibility: Entry is open to persons who (i) is at least 18 years of age, (ii) anyone who has purchased a ticket for Sunday, 1 February, 2026 (11am-4pm) at Cellar Door Fest by 12:oopm on Sunday, 1 February, 2026.

Competition Period: The competition commences at 5:00pm on Tuesday, 20 January, 2026 (ACST) and closes at 2:oopm on Sunday, 1 February, 2026 (ACST).

By entering the draw, each entrant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and consents to being contacted by AVM.

The Prize: The winner of the draw will receive a prize package consisting of:

• One (1) VWD820SCB-X Vintec wine cabinet valued at RRP $3,199.
• Two dozen (24) bottles of Larnook Wines valued at RRP $720 (mix of Grenache, Shiraz, and Tempranillo as selected by the winery).

The total prize pool is valued up to RRP $3919.00 and is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Any images shown are only for illustration purposes.

Prize Draw: The prize draw will take place by random lottery on Monday, 2 February, 2026 between 1:00pm and 2:oopm at Adelaide Convention Centre and the winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone. No redraws. If the prize remains unclaimed by the winner for 5 business days after notification, the prize may be forfeited. AVM is not responsible for delivery of the prize to winner, or any other costs incurred in collecting the prize. The winner will be contacted by phone or e-mail to arrange a time to collect the two dozen bottles of Larnook Wines from Adelaide Convention Centre. Electrolux will contact the winner separately to coordinate the delivery of the Vintec wine cabinet to the nominated address.

The winner must ensure that at the time of acceptance of the prize, such acceptance does not conflict with any law, policy or guideline of its employer, including any law, policy or guideline in connection with acceptance of gifts or prizes by public sector employees. AVM accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the Prize. AVM reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity. All decisions made by AVM are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law: any warranty, condition, right or liability implied by law is excluded; AVM, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including direct, indirect and consequential) which is suffered or incurred arising out of or in connection with the competition, including the supply and use of the Prize; any warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturer of the Prize to which the Eligible Person is entitled and any claims based on any such warranties shall be solely between the Eligible Person and the manufacturer. AVM reserves the right, at any time, and in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who we have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms & Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. To the extent permitted by law, AVM is not liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition including the supply of goods or services by any person to the prize winner, and where applicable to any persons accompanying the prize winner. By entering this competition, entrants agree that AVM may use the personal information it collects from them to conduct this competition, including determining and notifying the winner and disclosing that information to the prize suppliers.
