Round out the weekend in style as you join Henchke’s sixth-generation family member, Justine Henschke, and Sprout’s Callum Hann and Themis Chryssidis for an exquisite three-course Sunday lunch.

Guests will be treated to a handpicked selection of wines from Henschke—the 2021 Halliday Wine Companion Winery of the Year—perfectly matched to a bespoke menu crafted by Callum and Themis.

The Long Table Dining menus are set menus and unfortunately cannot be altered to accommodate allergies or other preferences.
