After a sell out last year, DAOSA sparkling wines owner and winemaker, Xavier Bizot, and award-winning cheese maker Kris Lloyd of Woodside Cheese Wrights are back with another decadent masterclass. Together, Xavier and Kris will guide you through a handpicked selection of Adelaide Hills’ traditional method sparkling wines paired with limited edition cheese from Woodside Cheese Wrights.
