Langhorne Creek Prize Pack Terms & Conditions

This competition is conducted by the Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVMC) ABN 50 676 936 954. Entry is open to attendees of the Cellar Door Fest 2017 Event held between Friday 24 February 2017 and Sunday 26 February 2017 at the Adelaide Convention Centre, North Terrace, Adelaide 5000 South Australia. The competition commences at 12.00pm on 1 March 2017 and closes at 5.00pm on Friday 17 March 2017. To enter the competition, entrants must complete and submit the Visitor Feedback Survey sent to entrants via email. Only one entry per person will be accepted. By submitting a completed form in to the draw, each entrant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and consents to being contacted by AVMC if he or she is drawn as the winner. The prize draw will take place by lottery on 20 March 2017 between 4:00pm – 5.00pm at the Adelaide Convention Centre and the winner will be notified in person, by e-mail or via telephone within 5 business days of the winner being drawn. No redraws. If the prize remains unclaimed by the winner for 5 days after notification, the prize will be forfeited. All decisions made by AVMC are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner of the draw will receive a Langhorne Creek Prize Pack, consisting of 12 Langhorne Creek Wines, 2 tickets to the Langhorne Creek Wine Show and a $50 voucher for Lunch at the Winehouse. The Prize is valued at RRP$390.00. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Image shown is only for illustration purposes, the actual prize item might be different depending on stock availability. The prize must be collected by the winner at the Adelaide Convention Centre as arranged by the prize winner and AVMC. AVMC is not responsible for delivery of the prize to winner, or any other costs incurred in collecting the prize. The winner must ensure that at the time of acceptance of the prize, such acceptance does not conflict with any law, policy or guideline of its employer, including any law, policy or guideline in connection with acceptance of gifts or prizes by public sector employees. AVMC accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the Prize. AVMC reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity. All decisions made by AVMC are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law: any warranty, condition, right or liability implied by law is excluded; AVMC, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including direct, indirect and consequential) which is suffered or incurred arising out of or in connection with the competition, including the supply and use of the Prize; any warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturer of the Prize to which the Eligible Person is entitled and any claims based on any such warranties shall be solely between the Eligible Person and the manufacturer. AVMC reserves the right, at any time, and in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who we have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms & Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. To the extent permitted by law, AVMC is not liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition including the supply of goods or services by any person to the prize winner, and where applicable to any persons accompanying the prize winner. By entering this competition, entrants agree that AVMC may use the personal information it collects from them to conduct this competition, including determining and notifying the winner and disclosing that information to the prize suppliers.
