Limestone Coast

Located in the south eastern corner of South Australia, the Limestone Coast covers an area of more than 21,000 square kilometres. Famous for its fertile “terra rossa” soil, underground natural aquifer, Mediterranean climate and fresh sea breezes in summer, the region boasts the perfect combination to allow gentle ripening for grapes. With more than 40 cellar doors open to the public, the region groups 250 growers and more than 15,800 hectares of delightful vineyards.
