An exciting new feature at Cellar Door Fest 2018, we’re thrilled to introduce our DIY Series where you can get hands on alongside industry experts. Learn the tricks of the trade in these intimate workshops as you blend your own gin, craft your own cheese and whip up an Italian feast that you get to take home and enjoy!

Cheese Making Workshop

Be a Cheesemaker for the day with Kris Lloyd from Woodside Cheese Wrights as she walks you through making your own delicious Feta cheese. Be the envy of your friends when you tell them you made the Feta in the salad!

Gin Blending Workshop

Delve into the fascinating world of gin with Kangaroo Island Spirits. Join Jon and Sarah Lark for a bespoke gin education and blending workshop as they guide you through a range of traditional and native distillates to create your very own 200ml bottle of gin.

Taste of Italy Workshop

Be transported to Italy with Back to Basics Traditions as they share the secrets of making traditional homemade pasta and luscious Tiramisu. You will also receive a take home jar of tomato and basil passata – that’s dinner sorted!
